bi⋅ki⋅ni – a Catalan colloquial name for a toasted cheese and ham sandwich
bi⋅ki⋅ni – a very brief, close fitting, two piece bathing suit for women

Kavel combines the two ´bikinis´ in this tongue in cheek look at Barcelona beach life.
Creating eight images using over sized found type from traditional Barcelona cafe menus overlaid on ink drawings of women in bikinis.
Kavel has made these fabulous low-fi black and white collaged posters which will be pasted directly to the interior walls of the Maumau cultural center.
A variety of sizes and repeat will be used in the display of these beach babe pop art posters.
